Web Navigation Tips (continued)

TIP #2: Moving forward and back from page to page. (cont.)
Moving Backward: Easy! Usually you will find a hyperlink at the bottom of our web pages that will take you back to the page you just came from. Just click on it. If not, simply move your mouse cursor up near the top of your browser's screen to the menu bar, then click on the "Go" menu and select the "Back" option. Alternatively, click the "Back" button on your browser's toolbar -- a horizontal strip across the top of your browser with buttons on it. (If you don't see a toolbar with the Back button, it may be hidden. If you're using Netscape, to make it visible click on the "Options" menu and select the "Show Toolbar" option; if you're using Internet Explorer, select "Tool Bar" in the "View" menu.)

TIP #3: Filling out an online form.
In our website you'll see several types of standard web features for entering information. Don't worry -- the information you enter is not "final" until you click the BIG GRAY BUTTON at the bottom of the form page. (Some of our web pages display one or more gray buttons without asking you to enter any information; their only purpose is to give you a choice of directions -- you'll have to click one to proceed.) The online form features are very easy to use, as described below:

Text Boxes: A text box is a white rectangular area (also called a "text field") in which you can click your mouse cursor and then type in information, such as the age of your house or your email address. If you make a mistake or change your mind, just select the errant text, delete it, and start over.

Pull-down Menus: A pull-down menu is a special type of field that contains a hidden list of options you can select with your mouse cursor. (You'll find a "down arrow" at the right end of the field giving away the fact that this is a pull-down menu.) To see the hidden options, just click on the menu, then select an option. Select a different option if you change your mind.

Check Boxes: Just click inside the tiny white square ("check-box") if a specified condition applies to you or your property. If you change your mind, simply click it again to uncheck it.

Radio Buttons: Look like the round punch buttons on an old fashion car radio. (If you're too young to remember, the button looks like a dark circle with a white interior, until you click on it -- then a black dot appears in the center of the white part.).
